Terms of Service

Important: WalletDingin is a self-custody wallet. We have zero access to your private keys, seed phrases, or funds. You are solely responsible for the security of your credentials. If you lose your password or seed phrase, your assets cannot be recovered by us or anyone else.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WalletDingin ("Service", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

WalletDingin provides a browser-based, non-custodial cryptocurrency wallet interface. Our Service allows you to:

  • Generate cryptocurrency wallet addresses for supported networks
  • Encrypt and locally store private keys using AES-256-GCM
  • View wallet addresses and balances
  • Prepare and sign transactions on your device

WalletDingin does not hold, manage, or have access to your cryptocurrency assets at any time.

3. Zero-Knowledge Model

Our Service operates on a strict zero-knowledge architecture:

  • All cryptographic key generation happens entirely in your browser
  • Private keys and seed phrases are encrypted client-side before any data reaches our servers
  • We store only an encrypted blob that we cannot decrypt
  • We have no ability to access, transfer, recover, or reverse any transactions involving your crypto assets

4. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

  • Safeguarding your password, private keys, and seed phrases
  • Making multiple secure offline backups of your seed phrase and encrypted keys
  • Ensuring the accuracy of recipient addresses before sending any transaction
  • Understanding the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions
  • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
  • The security of the device(s) you use to access WalletDingin

5. Account Security

You must maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at support via our Help Center if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. We will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal activity, including money laundering or financing terrorism
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service
  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international law

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WalletDingin and its operators shall not be liable for:

  • Any loss of cryptocurrency due to lost passwords, private keys, or seed phrases
  • Errors in transactions you initiate
  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Service interruptions, bugs, or security breaches beyond our reasonable control

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

WalletDingin makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information provided through the Service. Cryptocurrency prices shown are sourced from third-party APIs and are provided for informational purposes only.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design elements, trademarks, and software comprising the Service are owned by or licensed to WalletDingin and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Service without explicit written permission.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, by providing notice through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
